Description
MAMCA is a modification of multi-criteria analysis (MCA) to support the assessment and prioritization of alternative policy responses. MAMCA explicitly considers the perceptions and interests of various stakeholder groups early in the process and thereby facilitates the selection of relevant indicators and increases acceptance and legitimacy of decision-making. SPROUT used a modified MAMCA, a Stakeholder-Based Impact Scoring (SIS).
