Responding through Policy Measures and Packages"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]The SPROUT project aimed at producing practice-based knowledge and tools to derive policy responses to the urban mobility transition.<\/p>\n<p>The SPROUT approach &#8211; as outlined in the earlier sections of this toolbox &#8211; is a contribution to evidence-based policymaking.
